This role is perfect for individuals passionate about using their analytical skills to drive financial insights and reporting excellence within our client's Finance Division.

Position Overview: As a Financial Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and collaborating on critical financial reports and analyses. This role focuses on delivering high-impact Job-Costing Analysis, Soft-Cost Analysis, Completion Cost Analysis, and other legally mandated financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare financial analyses and reports using Oracle SQL, Excel, and Crystal Reports.
• Create complex queries/scripts and automate periodic reports for enhanced efficiency.
• Utilize Data Warehouse and Oracle tables to prepare high-quality, presentation-level reports and analyses.
• Conduct in-depth financial data analysis using Oracle Financial Systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Seamlessly integrate data sources for comprehensive financial insights.
• Present complex financial concepts in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders.
• Write and update policies/procedures, documenting methodologies used in analyses.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and advanced analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Oracle databases, Microsoft SQL Server, Crystal Reports, R, Power BI, and Oracle Financials is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and interpret data relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data in an understandable manner.
