Non-CA Pay Range (Annual):
$83,800.00 - $155,600.00
At Infinera, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. Your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for equity grants, discretionary bonuses, or commission payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company’s incentive plans, the Company’s financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate and analyze monthly performance for manufacturing results vs plan, focusing on key KPIs such as manufacturing variances, unit costs, inventory/working capital
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast updates for Infinera COGS
  • Provide support for financial modeling activities for CHIPS ACT
  • Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope
  • Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function
  • Support standard cost setting process and cost analysis
  • Collaborate with operations teams to conduct cycle count and physical inventory activities
  • Maintain accounting records and support SOX compliance requirements
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and comprehend the budgeting and forecasting processes
Minimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • 3-7 years of manufacturing finance experience
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills paired with business and financial acumen
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions effectively
  • Collaborative team player capable of building trust and rapport with other departments
  • Flexible and proactive approach to handling special projects, while efficiently managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to simultaneously focus on the near- and long-term aspects of the business
  • Highly organized; maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
Education Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance field required. MBA degree a plus.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Experience with SAP and BPC desired
