The Financial Analyst position represents a significantly rewarding career opportunity to join the largest and fast- growing retina practice management company, admired for its people, partnership model, and performance.
- Assist in the monthly analytics and reporting procedures for each of company practices to enable leadership across the company platform to make informed and data-driven decisions
- Support ad hoc analytics and reporting that span the entirety of company business model, including Clinical Research, Facility Expansion, Payor, Therapeutics, Human Resources, and more
- Develop and maintain an active relationship with multiple business and clinical leaders across the nation
- Analyze financial statements, forecasts, and other financial schedules to look at trends, variances, and aberrations
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process through modeling, collaborating with practice and company leadership, and analyzing growth opportunities
- Prepare presentations for management and the Board of Directors
- Collaborate with the a highly capable and fast-paced team
- Learn the fundamentals of FP&A, the healthcare industry, and company practice management model
