• Support the FP&A Team with short and long-term financial modeling, analysis, planning, and reporting objectives for the organization.
• Analyze, price, and review scopes of work and engineering estimates, ultimately becoming a subject matter expert and leading the pricing process alongside the Sales team.
• Assist with project due diligence including business development, market expansion, and acquisitions.
• Distill complex data into a single source of truth that provides actionable insight to leadership.
• Analyze and develop reporting on KPIs for individual teams and the company overall.
• Participate in strategic asset-level discussions.
• Prepare and help communicate financial and operational performance results to senior management, investors, and lenders.
• Become a system expert and aid in improvement and development of financial and operational processes and procedures.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Highly motivated, with the ability to adapt to quickly evolving needs in a high-growth environment.
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills with ability to think critically about how small details impact the big picture.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and ability to represent the company’s best interests among multiple stakeholders.
• Process oriented and able to imagine and implement systems and operations efficiencies.
• Strong Excel skills and willingness to deep dive into financial and operational data.
• Discretion and discernment in handling sensitive or confidential information.
• Relentless curiosity and continuous learning mindset.
• Preferred 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, either within a corporate Finance FP&A function, or within investment banking, commercial banking, or private equity.
• Open to motivated entry-level candidates.
