Job Summary

Hansei is searching for a versatile, motivated Financial Analyst candidate who will continuously improve business processes and develop value-added insights to drive financial results. This role will work directly with the Vice President of Finance and other executives in establishing annual budgets, regular forecasts, monthly reporting, and KPI dashboards to key stakeholders and their teams. In addition, they will deliver ad-hoc analytics and projects to advance the financial insights of the organization. This role is primarily remote with periodic onsite meetings and collaboration required.

Responsibilities

· Perform planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities including the development of executive reporting, trend and variance analysis, and risks and opportunities.

· Bridge operational metrics to financial metrics to optimize business intelligence and decision-making.

· Prepare and deliver financial presentations, business reviews, and commentary across multiple functions and levels of leadership.

· Develop partnerships and actively collaborate with business owners to improve processes and results.

· Drive the preparation of financial presentations and actionable insights to management and the Board of Directors.

· Create standard processes and lean process improvements within the Finance department.

· Support ad-hoc analytics, projects, and requests from internal and external partners as needed.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.

· 1-3 years of relevant experience.

· CPA or CFA is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,978.91 - $81,867.06 per year
