Duties:

- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and stay updated on industry trends
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and conditions
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee inventory management and maintain accurate records of purchases and supplies
- Stay informed about changes in regulations or laws that may impact procurement activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficient in sourcing strategies, category management, logistics, and contract negotiation
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in using procurement software systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
