Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Construction Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for luxury construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling high-end real estate or construction projects, with a keen understanding of the luxury market and a passion for delivering exceptional service to discerning clientele. As an Elite Construction Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our luxury portfolio and cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals, architects, designers, and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for luxury construction projects.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, architects, interior designers, and other influencers in the luxury real estate market.

Lead the sales process from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing client relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, architects, and designers, to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceptional customer service.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote our brand and expand our presence in the luxury market.

Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, construction sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of the luxury market, including market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor landscape.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth clients.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
