As our Electrician, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our vision to life. You'll be responsible for installing new electrical services, rewiring apartments, and installing electric vehicle charging stations. Your expertise will ensure that each apartment meets our rigorous standards for safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install new incoming electrical services, run sub feeds, and rewire apartments to ensure they meet our high standards for safety and efficiency.
• Install electric vehicle charging stations and other electrical components as required.
• Lead a crew of electricians or provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices, fostering growth and development in a rapidly growing industry.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an electrician.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
