Our client, is seeking a eCommerce Category Manager to join their team. As a eCommerce Category Manager, you will be part of the department and supporting team.

What’s the Job?

• Utilize data and analytics to understand the Online category landscape, identify business drivers, and offer solution recommendations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Omni data and insight capabilities, leveraging them effectively to address key business questions.
• Collaborate with field teams and NUSA to ensure Online data accuracy and measure category share results.
• Size eCommerce category opportunities through advanced analytics and provide actionable insights.
• Develop processes for post-analytics to prioritize eCommerce strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide tactical direction for field teams on winning the digital shelf, rooted in shopper insights.
• Enable execution against digital shelf priorities by providing relevant insights and resources to leverage with retailers.
• Partner with field teams on strategic projects and customer presentations to establish NCP as the digital authority.
• Develop tools and processes for field teams to track digital progress and initiatives at retailers.
• Gather industry best practices, benchmark NCP against competitors, and stay updated on market capabilities.
• Collaborate with Market Analytics to plan and deliver shopper insights projects.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in a related role.
• Preferably experienced in category management or business analytics, with eCommerce experience being a plus.
• Strong technical skills with expertise in advanced analytics and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical experience with IRI, Stackline, and/or other omni syndicated data.
