Position: E-COMMERCE PRODUCTION MANAGER

Location: Long Island City, NY

What we’re looking for:

· 3+ years of previous food manufacturing operations experience

· Prior experience managing people on multiple shifts.

· Proficiency with Microsoft systems required.

· Strong analytical, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

coupled with the ability to work effectively as part of a team on multiple projects

· Experience with Shopify (or similar) Ecommerce Platform for order placing, and

experience with ShipStation (or similar) shipping.

· Competency in Microsoft Office applications.

· Excellent relationship management skills.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Results-oriented with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.

· Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure.

· Ability to work, days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as dictated by

seasonal or business needs.

· Appreciation for and an ability to positively resolve issues arising from

personnel with different backgrounds.

· Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

· Passion for what you do – you enjoy the process of creating something from start

to finish and are motivated to continuously hone your craft and technique.

· Adaptability and flexibility – you recognize that in the food industry, anything

can – and will – happen and you’re able to calmly troubleshoot issues.

· Eye for detail – you’re meticulous about the items you create and understand

the technique and patience it takes to create consistently high quality products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
