We are a growing and dynamic company with two distinct business divisions: Chery Equipment Group, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products.

The successful candidate will make local deliveries with a maximum distance of 240 miles one way. As well as perform warehouse duties when there are no deliveries to be shipped. We are looking for a dedicated team player with a focus on safety and organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform local deliveries using a 30ft flatbed or 26ft box truck, depending on the freight.
• Follow all DOT and company safe driving guidelines and policies.
• Operate forklift and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight into designated customer areas.
• Inspect and ensure that the trucks are properly loaded, locked and secured at all times.
• Verify delivery of items with customers and obtain proper signatures.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck. Unload all equipment, and materials and remove all trash as required.
• Performs warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED or state approved equivalent
• CDL preferred but not required
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
• Must be 21 years of age
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience

Salary: $20-$25
