Job Title: Distributor Sales Representatives

Reports to: Sales Manager / VP Sales

Territory: Boston, Metro, and South Shore, MA

Specific Responsibilities:

 Markets and grows the brand of Costa Fruit & Produce as the leading produce/specialty distributor in the marketplace

 Maintains, builds, and deepens relationships with existing customers

 Develops and attracts new customers within sales territory to hit growth budget

 Follows through with penetration strategies to maximize sales at all accounts

 Professionally manages sales territory with focus on face to face customer interaction and presenting new products that further penetration into accounts

 Communicates effectively and communicates issues in a professional manner to the organization

 Works with inside sales team to help manage and effectively support our Costa customers

Travel:

 Daily account visits and travel by personal automobile; automobile allowance provided.

 Attend weekly sales calls (remote) and monthly meetings at our Boston warehouse

 Meetings, occasionally in Boston, MA or within territory

 Potential sales overnights may be presented

Skills Required:

 Professional sales experience with produce & specialty foods preferred

 Positive attitude and ability to self-motivate on a daily basis

 Desire to win, be successful, and drive the business forward as their own

 Customer service and customer first attitude

 MS Office (MSWORD, MS Excel), Territory analysis, CRM preferred

 Valid Drivers License

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
