One room OR Ambulatory Surgery Center, Single-Specialty Ophthalmology, looking for an RN / BSN for a great position using both their clinical and team building skills.

The ideal Director of Nursing for our Center should possess the following:

• State of NJ RN License
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience in Pre-Op, PACU and Circulating in OR
• Surgery Scrub Skills Highly Preferred
• BSN Preferred
• Must be available to work Monday - Thursday Dayshift
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel
• Possess strong decision-making skills
• Be a problem solver and team builder
• Strong communicator with a desire to be a leader
• Dedication to monitoring compliance and regulations
• Ideal candidate will have the ability to focus on both regulatory compliance while providing great patient care.
• Must have a positive attitude and ability to promote teamwork
• Must provide at least 2 references

Salary: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 27 – 30 per week
