As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Logistics.

Job Summary:

The Director of Logistics will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes for our three manufacturing plants. This position requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in logistics management, supply chain optimization, and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of raw materials, finished goods, and products through the supply chain to meet customer demands while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive logistics strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage logistics teams across multiple plants, providing direction, guidance, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Oversee transportation, distribution, warehousing, and inventory management activities.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party logistics providers and transportation partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to logistics and transportation.
• Continuously evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance logistics operations.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize lead times.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior leadership role within logistics and supply chain management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics operations, transportation management, and supply chain best practices.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience in implementing and optimizing logistics technologies.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
