TITLE: Director of HR/Onboarding/Credentialing

POSITION FUNCTION:

The Director of HR/Onboarding/Credentialing is responsible for the overall management of the HR Department.

Responsibilities include day-to-day issues relating to employees, coordinating trainings, recruitment, conducting new hire training, monitoring credentials, workman’s compensation and FMLA.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Place all necessary ads on hiring platforms
  • Monitor/Coordinate State wide and agency Peer Specialist Certification Trainings and Supervisor Trainings
  • Register potential candidates for Certification Trainings and Supervisor Training
  • Upon hire: confirm eligibility of staff and assign all new employees a Peerstar, LLC email account, set up credible account and iPad
  • Monitor the submission of initial and recertification for PCB and update profile page with expiration dates
  • Manage the shared training calendar for certification training and HR orientation
  • Monitor and administer ANSA certificates and codes
  • Suspend for non-compliance of PCB Initial, PCB recertification, ANSA, Supervisor Training (employee update form)
  • Oversee the operations of the HR staff
  • Preform audits and documentation for licensing
  • Process/monitor Workman’s Comp Claims
  • Process/monitor FMLA claims
  • General oversite of employee relations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS/BA Degree with a minimum of 1-year HR experience; or HS diploma with 3 years of HR related experience.

CLEARANCES REQUIRED

  • Criminal Epatch, FBI, Child Abuse, Verify Comply

MINIMUM SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Be organized
  • Must have desire to complete mass amounts of paperwork
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to schedules
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Possess strong communication skills

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
