JOB SUMMARY:
This leadership position oversees the development, implementation, management, and administration of the Division compensation and benefit programs. The goal is to attract, retain, and motivate a talented workforce by providing comprehensive compensation and benefits packages. This position is accountable for the fiscal and human resources functions in all compensation and benefits programs, and ensures compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local laws. This role involves strategic planning and policy development. The Benefits and Compensation Director collaborates with HR leadership, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure regionally competitive pay and benefits.

Job Description

SALARY:

Grade 20: $117,723 - $225,569 per year (competitive benefits) This salary range will be adjusted to the approved FY25 Salary Scale.
