Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and ensure the quality of our products meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor and enforce compliance with CGMP, HACCP, FDA regulations, and other quality standards
- Coordinate with production teams to address quality issues promptly
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials and finished products
- Manage the fabrication of products to meet quality specifications
- Establish and maintain quality assurance documentation and records
- Implement and maintain effective quality systems
- Lead a team of quality control inspectors

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in quality management, QA/QC, and quality assurance
- In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies
- Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
