Exceptional Dental Arts is a high-quality Dental Laboratory located in Tempe, Arizona. We are currently looking to add a positive and motivated Production Manager to our team.

JOB DUTIES:

· CASE MANAGEMENT – Manage the flow of cases through the lab and determine and correct any issues/bottlenecks in production by working with team leads and technicians to resolve. Priority is delivering the cases to our customers on time.

· TECHNICAL SUPPORT – Managing technical support for crown and bridge and customer relations for the laboratory. Communicating with our providers to resolve any issues that may hinder case completion. Resolutions of concerns with providers to ensure faith and confidence in the lab.

· CLINICIAN SUPPORT – Point of contact with customers that have concerns or questions regarding current cases or new potential customers.

· GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES – Provide support for technicians, team leaders and fellow employees by assisting with solving any issues that may arise.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Management and leadership experience is required.

· Dental or dental lab experience is a must.

· Ability to work with a team to achieve goals.
