YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will assist the Director of Information Systems in customizing database UI, including designing, installing, and updating.
  • You will assist with creating and delivering end-user training and documentation and contribute expertise to operations and technical support teams.
  • You will participate in system administration functions, including, but not limited to, data validation processes, imports/exports, duplicate resolution processes, system change requests, and system integration/user acceptance testing, to ensure the ongoing integrity and security of data consistent with PRM policies.
  • You will measure and audit varying data for quality issues, develop protocols to assess database results and resolve problem areas.
  • You will respond to data retrieval requests, generate accurate reports using existing tools, and escalate database issues or complex reporting needs to the manager or outside vendor where necessary.
  • You will participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle, specifically teaching others to steward data and electronics in a biblical manner.
Requirements:

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • A bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with process improvement using software solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL.
  • You have excellent knowledge of database design. Experience in Microsoft’s SSRS, SSMS, Visual Studio, and Power BI is a plus.
  • You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and can perform complex data analysis and audit validations.
  • You are incredibly detail-oriented with complex, highly detailed, and comprehensive information.
  • You can work independently on multiple projects and set and meet deadlines.
  • You have a solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle that exemplifies Christ in character and actions.
