Talento Search Group has an opening for a Continuous Improvement Manager in the Brownwood, Texas area. This is a direct-hire position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and implement Lean initiatives
• Drive a Lean culture in the plant
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop, report, and track on continuous improvement metrics
• Optimize manufacturing processes for improvement
• Attend pertinent Lean trainings and seminars
• Manage continuous improvement workshops and projects

Experience Needed:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of continuous improvement experience
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies
• Experience in leading and executing Kaizen events, 5S, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, and Team Development
• Six Sigma Black is preferred
