Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Component Production Manager to oversee our truss manufacturing operations. The Component Production Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the production team, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of production procedures.

Duties:

1. Batch and prepare paperwork for production

2. Maintain scheduled production dates to ensure on time deliveries

3. Maintain all production cycle tracking points

4. Participate in hiring process for production employees

5. Participate in all company safety programs and meetings

6. All other duties as assigned
