Position Summary:
The Manager is responsible for compliance and clinical competencies, directing, coordinating and educating on all aspects of nursing/patient care services for SLMG and Outpatient areas. This position provides direction to the licensed and unlicensed patient care team to promote quality, patient centric services and a culture of continuous safety and improvement. This position is responsible for ensuring the patient care delivered is patient centric, effective, efficient, safe and complies with federal, state and local laws and meets requirements of regulatory agencies and SLMG policies and procedures. This position develops and fosters collegial relationships with and among the employed physicians and staff. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes teamwork and reflects the mission and values of St Luke’s Medical Group. Serves as member on Nursing Leadership and other System committees.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri
Experience: 3 years of current RN experience with at least one year of Ambulatory experience required
