Job Description:

• Fully responsible for various warehouse management tasks, and complete daily management duties according to the company's KPI indicators.
• Based on business needs, formulate and continuously optimize warehouse workflows and operational standards.
• Responsible for effective control of inventory, improving inventory accuracy, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Monitor overall warehouse inbound and outbound efficiency, fulfill customer delivery commitments, and achieve quality control objectives.
• Continuously reduce various costs, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall profitability of the warehouse.
• Handle issues and emergencies during warehouse operations, take measures to resolve and prevent similar problems from recurring.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse, conduct regular inspections of facilities such as shelves and equipment.
• Comply with and enforce safety regulations to ensure the safe operation of the warehouse.
• Train new employees to familiarize them with warehouse operational procedures and safety regulations.
• Provide ongoing training for existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in warehouse management
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Attentive to detail, focused on efficiency, strong in execution, and experienced in team management
• Innovative thinker, pragmatic, quick to adapting to situations based on practical circumstances
• Strong communication skills, proactive and driven, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
