Exciting Opportunity: Personal Training - Performance Specialist at Elite Speed Sports!

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• NSCA Training Certification or equivalent (e.g., SCCC, NASM, ISSA)
• 2 years of relevant experience

Compensation Structure:

• Full-time, W-2 employment
• Comprehensive benefits package

Elite Speed Sports Performance Training Protocol:

• Embrace Elite Speed's training methodology
• Accurately assess athletes for biomechanical imbalances
• Utilize effective cues and techniques for athlete performance enhancement

Elite Speed Sales Standards:

• Achieve and maintain $6,000 in monthly training revenue
• Conduct a minimum of 10 performance assessments monthly
• Drive leads and develop a personalized marketing strategy
• Manage team and organization accounts effectively

Build Customer Service:

• Provide progress updates to athletes/parents
• Track client training results and sport schedules
• Educate clients on various aspects of athletic performance
