Why become a UBFIT Personal Trainer?

• As a UBFIT Personal Trainer, you are 100% in control of your days and hours of availability. Part/Full time is available.

• You will be compensated for all serviced sessions on a weekly basis in a form of a Direct Deposit.
• You will not be responsible for any marketing, sales, client management, etc. UBFIT has a professional team that handles all of that for you! UBFIT WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH CLIENTS IN YOUR AREA!!!

• If you are a Personal Trainer elsewhere, there is NO conflict of interest in becoming a Personal Trainer with UBFIT.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :

-Able to adapt to client’s environment (homes, apartment gyms, etc.)

-Listen to clients' personal fitness goals

-Able to manage & work independently

-Creating customized training programs for clients

-Track client’s progress, measurements, & workout routines

-Ensure safe and effective use of training equipment

-Trainers will be responsible for their own Rating. The better rating a trainer has, the higher ranking they will get on the platform.

QUALIFICATIONS:

*** -Certified through a nationally accredited organization as a personal trainer (Ex: ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, NCSF) or a Degree in the health and fitness industry ***

*** -Must be CPR Certified ***

*** -Must have a valid Personal Liability Insurance ***

*** -Must have access to a vehicle & valid Driver’s License ***

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• San Jose, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: On the road
