Job Summary:
I am seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer for one on one training. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness and training sessions to help achieve my health and fitness goals. You will also be responsible for educating myself on proper exercise techniques, promoting a safe and effective workout environment, and offering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Design personalized exercise programs tailored to specific needs and goals
- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions to ensure proper form and technique
- Motivate and inspire to reach fitness goals through
- Educate on nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices, and overall wellness
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer
- Proven experience in personal training, program design, or sports coaching
- Strong knowledge of physical education, anatomy, and physiology
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals of all fitness levels
- Strong understanding of body mechanics and exercise safety protocols
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
