Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team selling airfreight. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic plans, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, strategic planning, and customer relationship management.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships

- Proven track record in international transportation sales or business development
