Employment Information

We’re looking for an HR professional with at least two years of experience in employee benefits. Are you detail oriented? Does keeping things organized put a spring in your step? Do you enjoy helping an employee understand their benefits?

This position covers the life cycle of an employee. This candidate will be responsible for benefit enrollments, keeping the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) updated. Experience with UKG a plus. Some of the benefits this position will be responsible for are disability, workers’ compensation, FMLA, PFL and unemployment.

Strong computer skills are essential in this position. Excellent communication skills are needed in working with employees, answering questions, writing letters, updating management on the status of employees, and working with brokers. Strong time management skills are needed in following up on communication, requesting and receiving documentation from the employees.

The starting payrate for this position is $24.00 to $28.00 per hour based on experience. An associate’s degree in related field is required, bachelor’s preferred.
