Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Avionics Technician to join our team. As an Avionics Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing aircraft electrical systems and avionics equipment. Your expertise in electrical and mechanical knowledge will be crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.

Duties:
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft avionics systems
- Install, test, and repair aircraft electrical systems and components
- Interpret and follow technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other technicians to diagnose complex avionics issues
- Conduct functional tests on avionics equipment to ensure proper operation
- Solder and splice wires to repair or replace damaged components
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed

Experience:
- Previous experience as an Avionics Technician or similar role in aircraft maintenance
- Strong knowledge of avionics systems, including navigation systems, communication systems, and autopilot systems
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in confined spaces as required

Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex avionics issues
- Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and repair avionics equipment
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD software for designing electrical schematics is a plus
