Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Aviation Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the continued airworthiness and safety of our corporate Phenom 300 jet. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine inspections, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical issues, and conducting preventative maintenance tasks in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer guidelines.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections and scheduled maintenance on the Phenom 300 aircraft.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues.
  • Repair or replace defective components using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Conduct engine inspections, servicing, and repairs as needed.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient aircraft maintenance operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.

Requirements:

  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic certificate.
  • Previous experience working on corporate jets, preferably Phenom 300 aircraft.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and avionics.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
