Aviation Ground Support Technician (Waterford, MI) - We are seeking a highly motivated individual with an exceptional eye for detail to join our Base Operations Group. The primary duties of this position include:

• Cleaning and detailing the exterior of aircraft
• Fueling aircraft/fuel quality control
• Marshalling and towing aircraft
• Deicing aircraft
• Equipment maintenance
• Maintaining cleanliness of facilities, facility maintenance, including snow removal operations
• Detailing, fueling, and moving of member vehicles

General Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen and have a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Must not be sensitive to heights
• Willingness to work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions
• Must be able to transport yourself to and from work

The position is full-time with benefits.

We are hiring for an afternoon/evening shift with a 2-week rotation of 5 and 4 day work weeks.

• 2 weeks on Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - Midnight (5 Days)
• 2 weeks on Saturday-Tuesday, 1:00 PM - Midnight (4 Days)

Beginning compensation for this position is approximately $37,000-$40,000/year with an aggressive Progression Plan for success.
