Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Quick Lane Technician to join our team. As a Lane Technician, you will be responsible for performing automotive services and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of vehicles. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine vehicle maintenance tasks

- Conduct automotive diagnostics using specialized tools and equipment

- Inspect vehicles for any issues or potential problems

- Complete repairs and replacements as needed, including brakes, filters, belts, and fluids

- Exceptional communication skills with Service Advisors and Foreman

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Experience:

- Previous experience in automotive service or maintenance is REQUIRED

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in automotive repairs

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
