Responsibilities of position

We are looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager. Candidates must be Bilingual (Spanish/English).

The Assistant Warehouse Manager completes various management, organization, and planning tasks to maintain high performance of the warehouse’s storage and shipment processes. Their duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Auditing and reporting inventory levels

Managing warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment Ensuring warehouse practices and protocols are followed to achieve an efficient and safe warehouse

• Meeting warehouse and team goals and deadlines through collaboration with executive management and other team leads
• Monitoring workplace performance and leading training initiatives to improve employee performance
• Communicating with all departments to ensure all items are shipped in a timely manner

Position Requirements:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and other computer skills
• Ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines
• Mechanical aptitude
• Reliably contribute to a positive work environment
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Provide timely feedback to all direct reports
• Provide hands on support to team members
• Proven ability to work with teams of people with varying personalities/skill sets
• Excellent driving record/Current, valid driver's license; current or future forklift certification needed
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays, often exceeding 40+ hours per week
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Ability to lift 50+lbs and stand for extended periods of time

Pay Rate: $22 - $25/HR Based on Experience
