Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) licensed mechanic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft maintenance, possess exceptional technical skills, and demonstrate a commitment to upholding industry regulations and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on various aircraft models
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on airframes, powerplants, and related systems
- Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Document maintenance activities accurately and maintain comprehensive records
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements at all times
Requirements:
- Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license issued by the FAA
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance
- Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose complex mechanical issues
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with A320 & B737 family aircraft
- Additional certifications or training in specialized areas of aircraft maintenance
- Prior experience in a Part 145 repair station environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
