Employment Information

Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced and complex repairs and maintenance on aircraft.
  • Maintains and repairs aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems and mechanical components.
  • Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations and company standards.
  • This worker also applies professional technical expertise and guidance to solve complex problems by interpreting technical data such as blueprints or manufactures' manuals.
  • Must possess the experience and ability to provide technical support to structural/mechanical engineers and customers alike, must possess excellent organizational skills in prioritizing workload to meet aircraft delivery schedule.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
  • Must have experience with installation of aircraft modifications that involve drilling, cutting, or punching sheet metal to install new fittings, fasteners, and/or instruments/displays in accordance with blueprints, technical documents, or TCTOs.
  • Mandatory FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of specific aircraft systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
