Supervises the completion of on-aircraft tasks to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanical, structures. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Demonstrated previous experience supervising aviation maintenance teams
• Demonstrated history with excellent organizational, communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and meet organization's goals
• Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience maintaining F-16 aircraft
• Previous experience leading F-16 maintenance teams
• Previous experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) aircraft
• Previous experience leading represented teams

Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
