Your Role

The Air logistics Warehouse Manager will be responsible to manage all Airfreight Export and Import related activities including staffing, training, maintaining compliance to established procedures and maintaining and supporting sales and customer relationships. In addition, responsibilities include negotiation with airlines and vendors, budgeting and P&L oversight and related accounting and operations activities. Additional duties will also encompass TSA facility Security coordinator functions.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for Air logistics departments and operations
• Ensure all relevant/applicable customer and KN Corporate KPI’s and guidelines are met
• Operational process management
• Follow QSHE (quality, safety, etc.) guidelines and procedures and generate improvement plans
• Finance: Review Billing status report, Review P/L on monthly basis, Targets and goal setting for the department
• Coordinate monthly department meetings to verify goal attainment, to communicate department productivity, quality goals and others during monthly management meetings
• Be responsible for employee’s overall training/cross training
• Work with management on individual employee’s development plan
• Monitor productivity and address performance issues
• Review quarterly airline/carrier performance Report to the Branch Manager

Your Skills and Experiences

• Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Warehouse setting
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial
• 3+ years in Air Logistics

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
