Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Aerospace Assembly Technicians to join our team. As an Aerospace Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and validating thermostatic products and solutions for the aerospace market. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of aerospace products and technology.

Responsibilities:
- Use precision measuring instruments and tooling to ensure accurate assembly and alignment of temperature control components
- Assemble and disassemble components according to engineering specifications
- Utilize AutoCAD and CATIA software to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Perform parts rework and repairs as needed
- Adhere to AS9100 quality standards and procedures
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify any defects or malfunctions
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to identify and implement improvements
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:
- Proven experience working as an Aerospace Assembly Technician in highly demanding quality product environment or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of innovative technology, products, and systems
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for accurate assembly
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and CATIA software for interpreting technical drawings
- Experience in product assembly and or repair
- Knowledge of AS9100 quality standards is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
