Job Responsibilities:

• Fast, timely quoting and follow-ups

• Maintain and increase business from existing clients

• Build relationship with key buyers within their clients

• Actively prospecting new customers and maintain CRM Database

• Customer order management as necessary

• Work with Sales Support in sourcing of brokered / non-stock items

Expected Results (Output):

• Meet/exceed yearly sales/GP budget quota

• Maintain a 4 out of 5-star (points) customer satisfaction

Skills:

• Organized and ability to effectively multi-task

• Customer service driven

• Professional, pleasant, and friendly on the phone and emails

• Bi-lingual; English, Spanish

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirement:

• Ability to effectively work with other team members

• Some college preferred

• Minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience

• Aviation experience preferred
