II. Job Summary:The Account Manager is directly responsible for managing current production business for any commercial requirements, assigned customer accounts to lead quotations for new business opportunities, and working with Program Management Team to support existing new business development wins.

Representative Duties
1
As a window to customers; collect and analyze customer new project (models) and the market dynamic information; ensure smooth communication with customers, and establish a good relationship with customer

Organizing, preparing, and leading quotations for new business opportunities
3
Lead customer contact and negotiation for new existing projects
4
Responsible for profitability / profitability improvement of assigned accounts
5
Responsible for completing customer specific electronic quote document and associated forms
6
Supports the program team from commercial aspect to support any changes of product/process from award of business
7
Voice of the customer to the Fuyao Group for both negative and positive feedback
8
Support the finance department for customer account receivables and payables, take the lead on tracking delinquent payments/reconciliations
9
Understand Fuyao products, processes, capabilities, specifications and tolerances
10
Act as commercial representative that organizes customer activities, including plant tours, offsite/onsite meetings, etc

Managing post SOP engineering changes or special customer orders/quotations/spot buys

Job Requirements
Language
Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.
Experience
More than 3 years experience selling to automotive OEM's and/or Tier 1 Suppliers, with glass group experience, technology, quality or production preferred
Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences or business
Physical Condition
This position will spend the majority of time in office environments within Fuyao and onsite at various customer locations.
It will be frequently necessary to spend time on the manufacturing floor within Fuyao and also onsite at customer locations.
Strict observance of Fuyao safety policy & standards, use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as well as compliance with our customer's safety policies are mandatory.
