Job Description: Essential to guiding projects through the creative development processCaptures pertinent communication and creative project expectations as OneTen liaison.Coordinates day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of client partner's requestsCommunicates frequently with client partners and creatives to maintain critical project deadlines and prioritiesSupports all client meetings with recap, feedback, and next stepsFrom strategy to delivery, manages client partner communication and expectations on creative work.Intakes creative briefs and requests, vets briefs for the creative team, and prioritizes with project managers for maximum agency efficiency.Ability to manage complex projects under rapidly changing business dynamics.

Skills: Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders

Preferred: experience in print and digital marketing or creative

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
