We are an established Independent Property and Casualty Insurance Agency looking for a qualified Sales Support Specialist. We have served the local area for over 20 years and are looking to find the right candidate to join our office and grow professionally. The candidate will provide support to Account Executives and respond to new business service issues.

Responsibilities

• Run quotes through multiple carriers to find the best available pricing
• Provide support to producers to help facilitate sales
• Remarket existing clientele
• Light customer service and billing
• Manage data files and management of AMS system
• Follow up on quotes and underwriting inquiries

Skills

• Organizational skills are a must
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Sales apptitude

Pay and Benefits

• Base Salary - $40,000-45,000K
• Commission and bonus ( Avg $5,000-10,000 per year )

Good chemistry within the office is important and we are looking for team players who can work well within a team environment. We offer an exciting and challenging office atmosphere where everyone is valued. Although the position listed is a full-time position we can accommodate a semi flexible or part-time schedule for the right person. In return, we will offer a base salary, commission, and bonus for a first year total compensation of $45-55K per year, as well as the opportunity to advance.
