Sales Account Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Adams Cable Equipment (ACE) has been a leader in the Telecommunication industry for over 25 years. We are one of the fastest growing companies in the Kansas City area. As we continue to add new verticals, we are looking to expand our sales team with a few high-performing sales professionals motivated to drive revenue through new business development and expert account management. Sales candidates will be expected to proactively contact existing business, prospect for new business, make customer visits, attend trade shows, and rapidly resolve customer challenges.

· Sales Account Managers are focused on ACE’s 4 verticals:

· Outside Plant Material – fiber optic cable and network build material

· Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) - new & refurbished set top boxes, routers, modems, etc.

· IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) – the practice of properly decommissioned IT hardware to eliminate data security and environmental risks while maximizing reuse.

· End-of-Life Management – end-of-life product is recycled and shredded for commodity recovery.

· 85% inside B2B sales: Using company and self-lead systems to identify and develop new business avenues and sales opportunities.

· Creating Solutions: Prospecting, networking, building relationships, closing, and meeting sales goals

· Willingness to travel: Taking part in company training activities, attending trade shows and quarterly client visits, and cultivating new relationships.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

We want you to succeed and succeed big! In addition to your base salary of $62,400.00 (Paid hourly for potential of overtime) you will also receive industry-leading commissions where your income will truly be unlimited. ABOUT ACE:

Since 1998, ACE has cultivated strong customer loyalty through integrity, product excellence, customer service, and expertise in the cable television and telecommunication industries throughout North America. Our ISO-certified 140,600-square-foot facility is located in Lenexa, KS and we just added an additional 310,000 square foot facility in Lenexa, KS. We pride ourselves on working with everything from head-end and fiber optic cable, down to the customer premise, and everything in between. ACE is only one of two companies that is authorized to resell Arris, CommScope, and Motorola CPE equipment. Customers also utilize our end-of-life management system through our IT data disposition (ITAD) services and recycling facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
