Logic Staffing is seeking a Plant Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Develops and provides input on assembly requirements needed to determine the total labor and gross margin for each order
• Interfaces with other departments to ensure sales order deadlines are met
• Creates detailed schedule timelines to ensure sales order ship dates and equipment specifications
• Develops a process plan including people, resources, equipment, and floor space for each order
• Recommends measures to improve equipment performance and quality of product
• Demonstrates teamwork and cooperation with other departments and employees
• Maintain a clean and safe operating shop that meets our safety requirements
• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees
• Planning, assigning, and directing work to meet production schedules and quality goals
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws

Position Requirements:

• Ability to keep up with fast-paced environments
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus!
• Proficient with computers and using Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills and strong work ethics
• Lift up to 50 pounds on a regular and consistent basis
