1. Qualification as a 196X7 and 5 years’ experience in directing functions such as the installation, calibration, modification, testing and repair of integrated avionic
2. Inspects assembly, installation, and adjustment of mechanical, electronic and electrical outputs.
3. Develops and improves work methods and procedures.
4. Supervises maintenance on integrated avionic systems and components and maintenance of records and
reports.
Task and Responsibility
1. Recommends corrective actions for efficiencies and discusses inspection findings with superiors
2. Plans and schedules work assignments, workloads, and maintenance procedures.
3. Analyze reports and maintenance plans to determine requirements for specialists.
4. Coordinates with Supply, Operations and other maintenance activities to improve procedures and resolve problems.
5. Maintain, complete and process Personnel Management Reports such as Attendance Reports, Medical Excuses and Time Sheets.
6. Reviews problems in repair, maintenance, modification, overhaul, installation, and calibration of equipment and recommends corrective action.
7. The Integrated Avionics Superintendent position is a management position wherein the duties trend towards dealing with personnel issues.
