Maxar is seeking an Aerospace Supervisor to become a member of our Aerospace Terminals team in St. Louis, MO or Remote. As a valued team member, you will assist our customers in executing their worldwide mission with expert understanding and collection of their data.

As a member of the Aerospace leadership team you will have direct reports, be responsible for maintaining the budget and schedule, and still perform aerospace analyst duties.

Responsibilities:
Demonstrate effective leadership and people management skills, including performance assessment, training, career development, and recognition/disciplinary actions for aeronautical team members. Effectively maintain production schedules and budgets, provide necessary document and reports, and be the POC for interactions with the customer. Duties include but are not limited to, converting worldwide aeronautical data into digital and graphic formats for use in flight operations in accordance with product specifications.

Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:
$95,000.00 - $157,000.00 annually.
